I’m Isabela, I am an Ecuadorian designer and illustrator living in Minneapolis, MN currently working as a textile designer for Target. Most of my inspiration comes from the natural world by studying leaves and flowers during the warmer months, and the fascinating patterns of ice during winter time. The organic character of my work exemplifies my deep connection to the natural world of my native land, and my new home in the Midwest.

I'm passionate about pattern making and exploring different textures created with both traditional and digital media. 

Aside from illustration, I also enjoy working on graphic design pieces for web and print.
